for a “Good Faith
Estimate”
The newspapers are filled with ads regarding rates that cannot be obtained without
unreasonable fees.
In many cases you will be charged with additional points and origination fees
to buy the rate down.
If a lender quoted you a better rate, ask for a “Good Faith Estimate” and
bring it to us. Chances are - we will beat them!
But if we are not able to compete, you will know that you received a great deal. |
